Class Information

Mortdale Physie offers low cost exercise, with convenient class times in our local area. Please contact us with any questions or for further information.   
We ask that you wear comfortable  clothes, not too loose fitting and no shoes are worn during class. A Tshirt & tights or leotard & shorts are ideal and  bring a bottle of water.
